We are a fantastic class family of three adults and enthusiastic children who love learning.

Year 2 is an exciting year during which the children build upon the foundations of their learning from the EYFS and grow in confidence and ability.

Where in the World?

Within these themes, we weave learning that is history, geography, science, art, design and technology based. We take our learning outside the classroom as much as possible and create opportunities for children’s learning to be enhanced through educational visits and visitors.

To help communicate between class and home, we have Class Dojo which allows parents and school to keep in touch. Check this app regularly for updates and information to support your child’s learning at home.

We also use some great online resources to support your child’s learning. Bug Club for reading, Numbots for maths and Charanga for music. Please check your child’s log-in details and have fun learning at home.
