Ofsted and RE Inspection Reports
Ofsted Inspection - 15th and 16th September 2026
We are delighted to share with you the outcome of our recent Ofsted inspection. Following the inspection in September 2026, St Anne's and St Joseph's is no longer in Special Measures, a significant milestone in our school's journey and one that we are incredibly proud to celebrate as a community.
The inspection team recognised the substantial work that has taken place across the school and highlighted the rapid improvements that have been made. They stated that "Leaders have secured rapid improvements across the school" and recognised that leaders have "acted decisively to address key priorities".
Importantly, inspectors acknowledged the culture that has been built within our school, noting that:
"Positive, caring relationships rooted in Catholic values form the foundation of this school."
They also recognised our commitment to inclusion, stating that:
"Leaders have established an inclusive culture where pupils are welcomed and valued regardless of their needs or circumstances."
We were particularly pleased that inspectors found:
"Pupils are helped to feel valued, safe and happy."
and that
"A sense of belonging is evident throughout the school community."

Catholic School Inspection
We are delighted to share with you all our Catholic School Inspection report. We were recently inspected on Thursday 3rd July - Friday 4th July 2025.
