The SASJ Computing Curriculum
For in union with Christ you have become rich in all things, including all speech and knowledge. (Corinthians 1:5)
At St Anne’s and St Joseph’s, our Computing Curriculum is designed so that all children to have:
• access to a well-rounded and rigorous computing curriculum that equips them with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in a digital world.
• opportunities to develop their computational thinking, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and digital literacy, while fostering a love and appreciation for technology.
• Experiences that ensure that they become responsible and confident users of technology, empowering them to engage safely and positively in a rapidly evolving digital society.
Our Catholic Curriculum. Computer science opens up for the learners the possibility of being key influencers and transportational leaders at a local, national and global level. The development of computational thinking and operational skills calls for the formation of learners who prioritise the importance of justice, equality, truth and the common good of all people at a global level
