We are excited to inform you about our participation in the new 'Supervised Brushing' programme.
Early years settings are participating in the Let’s Get Brushing 'Supervised Brushing' programme, where children are supervised to brush their teeth once per day. It is not intended to replace toothbrushing at home but rather to supplement it.

The Supervised Brushing Programme operates on a passive consent model. This means that all children will automatically participate in the programme unless we receive a written notice from you indicating that you do not wish for your child to take part.

If you do not want your child to participate in the Supervised Brushing Programme, please inform us by Wednesday 3rd September 2025. I will provide opt out forms during the home visit if you wish to opt out. You can either complete the opt out form or contact me directly.

We believe that this programme will greatly benefit the children by instilling lifelong good oral health routines. If you have any questions or want further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your cooperation.
